Terms and Conditions of Sale and Privacy Policy

Part I – Online Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Object of the Contract

These General Conditions govern the sale of online services provided by Multi Store srl, with registered office in Via Roma Destra 108, Jesolo (VE), VAT/Tax Code 03482920273 (hereinafter "Supplier"), through the website www.depositoservice.com.

2. Acceptance of the Conditions

The purchase of services implies the full and unreserved acceptance of these conditions by the Customer. The Supplier reserves the right to modify the conditions at any time; updates shall become effective upon their publication on the website.

3. Purchase Procedure and Conclusion of the Contract

• The Customer selects the desired service on the website.
• The Customer completes the electronic order form by entering the required data.
• The contract is deemed concluded when the Supplier receives the payment and sends an order confirmation email.

4. Prices and Payment Methods

• All prices for the services are stated in Euro (€) and include VAT.
• Payment must be made at the time of order via the methods indicated on the website (e.g. credit card, PayPal, bank transfer).
• The Supplier will issue a regular invoice or tax receipt based on the data provided by the Customer.

5. Provision of Services

Online services will be provided according to the methods and timelines described in the specific service factsheet.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Limitations

Consultations or personalized services: for services that have not yet been executed, the Customer may withdraw within 14 days of purchase by sending a written communication to amministrazione@multistorejesolo.com.

7. Liability

The Supplier is not responsible for any service disruptions due to force majeure, malfunctions of the Customer's internet connection, or technical issues with third-party platforms beyond the Supplier's control.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This contract is governed by Italian law. For any dispute with a Consumer Customer, the competent court shall be that of the Customer's residence or domicile. For Professional (B2B) Customers, the exclusive jurisdiction shall be the Court of Venice.

Part II – Privacy Policy (Art. 13 EU Regulation 2016/679 - GDPR)

1. Data Controller

The Data Controller for personal data processing is Multi Store srl, reachable at the email address amministrazione@multistorejesolo.com.

2. Types of Data Processed

The Data Controller processes the following data voluntarily provided by the user:

• Identification and contact data (first name, last name, email, phone number).
• Billing and payment data (tax code, VAT number, billing address).
• Navigation data (IP address, log data).

3. Purposes and Legal Basis of Processing

Data are processed for the following purposes:

• Execution of the contract: to provide the requested service and manage the purchase (legal basis: contractual fulfillment).
• Legal obligations: to comply with fiscal and accounting requirements (legal basis: legal obligation).
• Marketing (subject to prior consent): for sending newsletters and commercial communications (legal basis: consent of the data subject).

4. Methods of Processing and Retention

Processing is carried out using IT tools suitable for ensuring security and confidentiality. Contractual data will be stored for the duration required to provide the service and, for tax purposes, for 10 years following the conclusion of the contract. Marketing data will be kept until consent is withdrawn.

5. Data Recipients

Personal data will not be disseminated but may be disclosed to third parties strictly necessary for the performance of the contract (e.g. credit institutions, accountant, IT and hosting service providers).

6. Rights of the Data Subject

The user has the right to request at any time:

• Access to their personal data.
• Rectification or erasure of the same.
• Restriction of processing or opposition to processing.
• Data portability.

To exercise these rights, the user can send an email to amministrazione@multistorejesolo.com. The data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali).
